  3. Se pone papel de aluminio en la bandeja del horno, se pone la carne bien extendida en el centro del aluminio, se forma un rollo bien apretado y se cierran los lados del rollo para que esté bien tapado. (Estilo caramelo)
  4. Se mete en el horno caliente, a 180° durante 40 minutos. Se quita el aluminio verificando que este bien cocido, y se corta en lonchas más o menos finas al gusto. Se sirve con mayonesa y una ensalada, o se usa en bocadillo. Riquísimo
