Sabremos que está “lista” cuando haya doblado su tamaño inicial.
- Cuando haya levado, en la encimera espolvoreamos un poco de harina y nos untamos las manos con aceite. Ahora, vamos a ir amasando para que quede una masa sin imperfecciones y algo elástica.
- Precalentamos el horno a 200ªC.
- Separamos la masa en bolas y las colocamos sobre papel vegetal en una bandeja. Pincelamos con agua y agregamos las semillas de sésamo por encima. Las tapamos y las dejamos 15 minutos reposando.
- Llevamos al horno durante 25 minutos a la misma temperatura.
- Una vez hechas, se retiran del horno y se dejan enfriar.
- Como el pan ya está hecho, vamos a por el relleno.
- En una sartén con un poco de aceite, freímos el filete.
- Cortamos el filete en tiras y nuevamente, cortamos en taquitos reducidos.
- Cortamos el pan por la base, es decir, cortando unos 3 cm de la base. Luego, con ayuda de una cuchara, vamos sacando la miga.
- Colocamos en el hueco, tiras del queso de sandwich junto con el queso azul. Se puede meter unos 20 segundos al microondas para que se deshaga el queso.
- Añadimos la lechuga y el tomate.
- Introducimos los trozos de carne, tantos como podamos o queramos y, luego, agregamos el queso para gratinar por encima, y sobre este, un poco de orégano.
