  5. Vertemos el caldo de marisco o pescado como quieras llamarle en una olla rápida, le añadimos un filetito de merluza los demás lo reservamos para el final. Agregamos a la olla rápida los garbanzos que teníamos haciendoce en la cacerola. Y tapamos para que cuezan una media hora.
  6. Pasado el tiempo retiramos la olla del fuego y despresurisamos. Abrimos y comprobamos la cocción de los garbanzos. Si están cocidos añadimos la bolsa de hojas de espinacas y el resto de merluza. Retificamos sal si hace falta. Dejamos cocinar unos seis minutos y listo.
