- Poner en una sartén el aceite y la mantequilla, pochar la verdura con un pellizco de sal excepto el tomate....Dejar que se haga bien.
- Añadir el tomate y dejar que se haga y se vaya reduciendo el caldo.
- Mientras tanto picar el pollo a cuchillo muy finito.
- Una vez hecha la verdura, echar el pollo con un poco de sal.... remover para que se mezcle bien todo...
- Echar la pastilla de caldo, un pellizco de Azúcar y a punto de sal....Dejar cocer hasta que se haya reducido prácticamente toda la salsa. Retirar y dejar enfriar.
- Una vez fría, añadir las aceitunas y los huevos picados
- Rellenar las empanadillas aplastando los bordes con un tenedor, pintar con huevo batido y poner en la placa del horno con un papel vegetal. Precalentar a 200°...tenerlas unos 12/15 minutos +/-. Sacar cuando las veáis doradas.
- Emplatar...las he acompañado con un Rin Ran
- Nota.-las obleas que he usado no son las que compro habitualmente y se me rompían al rellenarlas porque eran muy delgadas y debo reconocer que me gustan más fritas.
