Echamos dos veces y media el volumen de arroz. Verter con cuidado de no mover el arroz del fondo. Echamos primero el agua de cocer las gambas y completamos con agua limpia.
  5. Repartir las gambas peladas y el resto de marisco. Poner fuego medio alto y dejar hervir 20 minutos. Cuando el nivel de agua alcance el del arroz, bajar a fuego bajo. Cuando el arroz este casi, apartados y tapados con un paño 5 minutos para que repose. Servir caliente.
