  4. Puedes echarle un poco de agua caliente si te quedas sin caldo, no pasa absolutamente nada, pero compra al menos 2 litros. El tipo de arroz que compré es arborio. Es especial para los rissotos, le da una textura y una melosidad muy buena
  5. Cuando el arroz vaya ablandandose y haya absorbido todo el caldo que preparaste, probamos como esta de sal puede que necesite. Le echamos el queso parmesano y el peregil. Removemos para que se mezcle bien todo y listo. Solo queda disfrutar!! Buen provecho!!!
