- 35 gr aceite de oliva
- 1 diente ajo
- 150 gr cebolla cortada en cuartos

- 1/2 cucharadita azúcar
- 2 ramitas albahaca fresca o 1/2 cucharadita de la seca

- 4 lonchas queso o bien, queso rallado que os guste, yo usé Emmental

- En primer lugar lavamos las berenjenas y las cortamos por la mitad. Extraemos la pulpa con ayuda de una cuchara y con cuidado de no romper la piel. Troceamos un poco la pulpa y la reservamos. Espolvoreamos con un poco de sal las berenjenas que habíamos vaciado y las ponemos, con la piel hacia arriba, en el recipiente Varoma (o vaporera). Las tapamos y reservamos.
- En la jarra ponemos el aceite y el ajo pelado y entero. Programar 3 seg/ vel 6. Posteriormente sofreímos programando 2 min/120ºC/ vel 1.
- Añadimos la cebolla y el pimiento rojo y troceamos 6 seg/vel 4.
- Ahora colocamos el Varoma o vaporera en su posición y programamos 5 min/función Varoma (o vaporera)/vel 1.
- Apartamos el recipiente Varoma o vaporera para añadir a la jarra la pulpa de la berenjena que habíamos reservado y troceamos 3 seg/vel 4.
- Añadimos el tomate, la sal, el azúcar, la albahaca y la pimienta. Volvemos a colocar el recipiente Varoma (vaporera) en su posición. y programamos 12 min/función Varoma (vaporera)/vel 1. Así, se acaban de cocinar las berenjenas mientras se sofríe el relleno.
- Pasado el tiempo, retiramos el Varoma (vaporera) y añadimos el atún bien escurrido a la jarra. Mezclamos 5 seg/vel 3. Acabamos de mezclar bien con la espátula.
- Ponemos las berenjenas en una fuente para horno y las rellenamos. Espolvoreamos con queso rallado o ponemos encima una loncha de queso.
- Precalentar el horno a 220ºC y gratinar unos minutos hasta que veais que el queso se ha fundido y está ligeramente dorado.
- Servir calientes.
