  6. Cuando estén doradas las berenjenas, las retiraremos y reservaremos en papel absorbente, para eliminar el exceso de aceite.
  7. Precalentaremos el horno (la parte del grill) a unos 180º aproximadamente.
  8. Cuando tengamos la berenjena y el sofrito preparado, lo iremos pasando a una bandeja de horno, de la siguiente manera:
  9. Pondremos un poco de la capa del sofrito en el fondo de la bandeja.
  10. Después, una capa de berenjena y encima añadiremos un poco más del sofrito, luego queso parmesano y la mozzarella, previamente cortada en rodajas finas.
