- Rebozamos las berenjenas en la masa y en una plancha Lisa ponemos un poquito de aceite. Que este bien caliente la plancha y ponemos las berenjenas. Tapamos con una tapa de olla y mas tarde le daremos la vuelta. Tienen que quedar ligeramente doradas. A lo último dejar 5 minutos sin la tapa puesta. Cuando le demos la vuelta poner otra vez un poquito de aceite.
- Luego colocamos las alcachofas en la misma plancha con aceite y las tapamos. Le damos la vuelta al cabo de un ratito y volvemos a poner un poco de aceite y las mantendremos tapada. A lo último dejar ya sin la tapa hasta que estén doraditos. Poner en el plato y poner una poquita de sal de escama o de pirámide.
