- Cortamos la berenjena en láminas no muy gruesas y las ponemos en una bandeja con sal y un chorrito de aceite. La metemos en el micro durante 5 min a máxima potencia, le damos la vuelta y ponemos otros 5 min. De esta manera la berenjena quedara muy blandita.
- En una bandeja de horno montamos la lasaña. Ponemos una base de berenjena y cubrimos de salsa boloñesa. Ponemos más berenjena y volvemos a cubrir con salsa. Lo hacemos esto varias veces.
- Por último cubrimos todo con queso rallado especial para gratinar y metemos en el horno previamente precalentado a 200°
- Horneamos hasta que el queso este fundido, unos 10-15 min aproximadamente.
