  6. En abundante aceite caliente freír la berenjena después de quitar la sal y secar con papel de cocina. Esta operación se hace por tandas y se dejan escurrir sobre papel de cocina.
  7. Formar una corona con las berenjenas en cada plato, cortar la carne en trozos y ponerla encima de los chips y regar con un poquito de salsa.
  8. Servir el resto de la salsa en salsera y llevar todo a la mesa.
